There is no curfew in all Perú

Curfew was only in force until December 20th, 2022 Although the state of emergency continues until January 13rd, 2023, tourist activities can be carried out in the city of Cusco and Machu Picchu. Through Supreme Decree No. 144-2022-PCM published in an extraordinary edition of Legal Norms, the Executive Branch published the mandatory social immobilization provision. The rule came into effect from Friday, December 16th for a period of five calendar days.
