Machu Picchu circuits from June 1st 2024

Starting this June 1st 2024, Machu Picchu will have new circuits and the capacity will increase to 5,600 visitors per day. This news was recently provided through Ministerial Resolution No. 000207-2024-MC which indicates that the Inca city of Machu Picchu will be able to receive 5,600 visitors in 1 Day per high season, it is also indicated that the income will be purchased in a new platform and which comes into effect this June 1st.

The high season begins from June 1 to October 15, 2024 and from December 30 to 31, 2024 (New Year's Eve).

Only the ticket that indicates "Llaqta of Machu Picchu" allows you to choose one of the four established circuits. The ticket that includes the Waynapicchu or Huchuypicchu mountains only allows you to visit circuit 4 and the ticket that includes the Machupicchu mountain only allows you to visit circuit 3.
