The tour was very good overall. Our guide, Santiago, was very friendly, very good at English, very engaging and he know the history and current ways of Incan / Quechuan society extremely well. I would say that there was no particular need to go to Aguas Calientes on such on expensive train. Ingacio and Roberto were also fantastic. The Lares Trek has provided on invaluable insight into the ways of the Inca today and in the past
